Features
Publishing to WordPress: approved pages go live in the order your map needs
Connect your WordPress site once. Approved pages go out as drafts for a final look, live, or on a schedule. Bulk publishing follows your planner order, so hubs exist before the branches that link to them.
The problem it solves
Copying fifty pages into WordPress by hand takes days and breaks things: lost headings, missing schema, the wrong page type, articles that link to service pages that are not live yet.
How it works
- 1
Connect once
Your site URL, a WordPress user and an application password. The password is encrypted and never shown again.
- 2
Choose how it goes out
Draft, published, or scheduled for a date. One page at a time or in bulk.
- 3
The right page type
Pillar, hub and branch pages go as WordPress pages; articles go as posts with your meta description as the excerpt.
- 4
A report for every page
Each publish says what WordPress accepted and what it did not, such as an SEO field your plugin does not expose.
Example: a cleaning company in Kuwait City
Thirty approved pages, published over six weeks.
- The home page and the three service hubs go live first, then branches, then articles, two a week on a schedule.
- Rank Math receives each page's SEO title and description; the report flags any field that was skipped.
- A page edited after approval is refused before any request is sent, with the reason shown.
What you get
- One-click and bulk publishing in planner order
- Draft, live and scheduled publishing
- JSON-LD included in the page content
- A per-page report of what WordPress accepted
Questions
Do I need a plugin?
No. Publishing uses the standard WordPress REST API and an application password, available since WordPress 5.6.
Can an unapproved page reach my site?
No. Every path checks approval and the approved version before any request leaves.
